Right from my call with “Hope” to schedule an appoi Sometimes when you think of High-End Dealerships, you wonder if they are a little “Snobby”….Nope! Right from my call with “Hope” to schedule an appointment she was very Courteous, and Details, my appointment and loaner were scheduled Upon arrival I was walked to my Service agent Mike, who simply was a pleasure We joked and he also was very details My car needed additional work and the information and notices were prompt and detailed He called me to let me know I may have to have that Killer 330i for another day and I joked with him about that also. Bottom line, there was no bias, judgment, and even though I am not a wealthy man, I have been thinking about a Pre-Owner 5 Series, and my thoughts of where to buy it when I am ready have been easily defined I will be coming to Rusnak BMW, where the level of Service for everyone is impeccable Thank You very much More
