Great customer experience and very immaculate dealership. I was taken to the dungeon by a prestigious salesman where the exotic BMWs are protected and resting away from the harsh environmental elements. There be our car waiting to be saddled and driven off onto Ventura highway during the summertime. The finance manager had a very warm personality and worked out an exceptional deal for us. I purchased 3 BMW Certified suv from Brandon and Jeff and Leo. They went above and beyond to make the experience easy and comfortable. They walked me through everything. The financing team did a great job explaining the options and terms. No pressure sales easy to talk to. No hidden agendas. Brandon did a great job explaining features test driving and Jeff and Leo help close the deal. I am super happy that Rusnak took care of my family and we got what was needed in a timely manner.
