Significantly delayed The service was fine, but I had an appointment for 11am on Friday and my car wasn't ready until 3pm Saturday. When I dropped the car off they said it The service was fine, but I had an appointment for 11am on Friday and my car wasn't ready until 3pm Saturday. When I dropped the car off they said it would be ready around 4:30 that day. Then they called to say it wouldn't be ready until the next day, but that it would be finished Friday night and ready first thing Saturday. I didn't get a call that my car was ready until 3 on Saturday, at which point I was gone for the day, so couldn't get my car until Monday morning. I had very simple service done...there's no way it should've taken a day and a half given that I had made an appointment weeks in advance. It wasn't Anthony's fault, but he shouldn't have said it would be done that day (and then first thing the next morning) if it wouldn't be. More
