Very accommodating! I had a later appointment scheduled for service. When it became urgent the service team at Rusnak was able to move it up and took good care and comple I had a later appointment scheduled for service. Cost and Time TOO HIGH I bought my 2015 (used) XC60 in Oct 2017 and have had to come in for service 6 times. Every few months I have to take time to get in, leave the car, a I bought my 2015 (used) XC60 in Oct 2017 and have had to come in for service 6 times. Every few months I have to take time to get in, leave the car, and make arrangements for transportation. Without a complimentary Volvo while my car is being serviced this is a PAIN. It also misses the opportunity for me to try a different model and peek my interest in upgrading! Anthony, my service rep, comes off as condescending though he has gotten much better over the multiple times I have had to come in. This last trip, though I am under warranty and have paid for maintenance, cost me $675 out of pocket. The bill is almost entirely labor cost which is obscene. At this point I will not be doing any future business with Rusnak or Volvo. Although I like my XC60, I am counting down the days until I sell it and get a car that doesn't waste my time and money. As a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch there is the opportunity for me to speak highly of my experience but as multiple co-workers have had to drive me back and forth for service they have been scared away! More

Inconsistent with Rusnaks normal high quality service We have had outstanding service from Rusnak Audi in Pasadena and were expecting a similar level of service. After waiting several days for an appointment it started with a 35 minute or so delay from my scheduled time. Anthony was pleasant enough and let me know it would take 3-4 hours to complete the 20k maintenance although he asked me to repeat a couple of times what I was seeing as issues. He then pointed me to Michael in the lobby for a shuttle. MIchael was on the phone resolving an issue but Jeanette "helped" me after waiting for a bit and informed me that the shuttle had just left and I said wait in the lobby. I did not know where the lobby was as this is my 3rd time in this dealership. I felt like I was bothering her although she was being extremely friendly with others. I took a seat by parts and when MIchael got off the phone I asked on timing and he immediately called the shuttle driver to get timing. This turned out to be longer than the driver predicted but still reasonable. A call from Anthony told me I needed new brake pads and in 2,500 miles to come back. When I checked out nothing was walked through with me when I came back. Jeanette couldn't find my paper work and I felt like that was somehow my fault. I was told to sign here basically. I tried to check in with Anthony who was on the phone at which point Michael followed me to the car to ask what else I needed. I was irritated and said I was ok once he walked me through the paperwork, but my phone was still not synching until I completely turned off the car, my seat still won't reset based on driver selection programming. I am really hoping that this is just an anomaly given the upcoming holiday weekend, but I will likely be doing my final service included with purchase, probably getting a second opinion on the brakes and looking for a service department that cares. More
