Service was good. After I checked in they said it would take about 1 hour but would contact be if done beforehand. I went for a walk to get some coffee and as I was walking back I received a message that take about 1 hour but would contact be if done beforehand. I was greeted immediately, and was talking with Na’eem, my service advisor, within 5 I brought my car in for annual service. I had an appointment. I was greeted immediately, and was talking with Na’eem, my service advisor, within 5 minutes. Service took about as long as I was told it was and my car was clean and ready when I returned. I appreciated the steps they took for cleanliness and distancing. In addition, a few days before my appointment I got a “low tire pressure” light. I dropped by the dealership, told an attendant who took care of it immediately without question. Great experience all the way around. More

We had an unexpected Check Engine light event. The Service Department acted quickly to get me an appointment with a Volvo Valet pickup. The Volvo Valet was especially important as we are both over 75 Service Department acted quickly to get me an appointment with a Volvo Valet pickup.
