I arrived for my 2pm appointment which I made in the morning. The very young service advisor told me it would be at least a two hour wait. I told him that I have an appointment. I said no, I called the dealership and selected 1 for service. He goes on to say yeah if you call the call center, they don't know what is going on here. And they have two others coming in at about the same time for oil changes. Then he states an oil change takes about an hour. My wife also brought the Jeep at the same time for an emissions test. He told her that would be about a 45-minute wait. We decided to leave the truck for the oil change and come back in two hours. 35 minutes later they call and tell me my truck is done! Never even suggested I have my tires rotated as I had just shy of 6k miles on the truck and the mechanic noted that the rear tires were at 8 and front at 11. Anyway, when we returned, they got the jeep in right away for the emissions test. Had I known they could have the truck done in 35 minutes I would have waited instead of leaving. Since we thought it would be about 2 hours, we wasted a trip home and back. I may consider service and buying my accessories for the truck at another dealer now. More
