The people and shop was not welcome or open to my issue. I got a lot of attitude from everyone including the 2 month old tech they just threw in the car with me. I was instructed by American Honda to get a I got a lot of attitude from everyone including the 2 month old tech they just threw in the car with me. I was instructed by American Honda to get a second look into my car having deceleration issues and two of their techs couldn’t follow instructions on how to make it replicate then would refuse to go on another drive with me in it and instead tells a 2 month old tech to come in with me. The tech feels my deceleration concern but assumes that’s just how hybrids drive.. also the service writer next to Rachel, made a racist comment on my first visit. An Asian tech came back and handed me keys to an SI civic assuming it was for me. I told him no that’s not me. The tech then gives it to the service writer and he says, well go find another Yellow one (Asian) bc the SI apparently belonged to a different Asian person (I’m Asian as well). Though the racial comment wasn’t directed directly at me, to even utter those words is quite disrespectful and tells you the type of culture they allow there at Russ Darrow. More

When I arrived Aleiah didn’t introduce herself but she did point to where I was to go. I went to the service desk and stood there, I was asked by a male if I was being helped. I told him that a woman told me to come to the desk (I didn’t know Aleiah’s name then). He then said in a condescending way that Aleiah was the person helping me (she hadn’t come in yet from the garage, she’s at my car still). Plus there was NO NAME TAG where Aleiah’s work station was, but everyone else appeared to have one. Someone that worked there stepped up to me while I’m at the service desk and put a business card next to me. I moved it aside. I’m not buying a car from this place again! Look, my car buying experience wasn’t a good one with this car dealership (and even if it was), don’t come to me trying to get money out of me when I’m trying to get my car serviced and get OUT. I’m already paying for OVERPRICED labor. Once my car is finally ready, they didn’t even wash the car! I go back in and relay this to Aleiah and her response is that she told them to… ok? Finally she takes the cat back to get washed. Over $200 spent.. simply do better! Then once I leave I receive a text with fake urgency telling me to call the dealership. This was likely from the person that had no professional decorum when I was at the dealership earlier and left his card next to me. Do better. Beyond ridiculous. More
