Easiest car purchase ever After researching the Kia Niro, I visited Russ Darrow because they had a model I wanted and they were close to home. After waiting a few minutes Lee came to assist us. He had us test driving a car in less than 5 min. Lee was very kind and courteous, very honest with us on his knowledge of this newest model, and very pleasant to work with. After deciding on our vehicle, the sales manager Greg was quick to explain our financing options and worked hard to get us the best deal for us. I had visited other Kia dealers and although pricing was similar, Greg made sure to beat the competition on price with his best offer up front. After filling out paperwork, we were approved and ready to close the deal within a couple hours. We took care of a few errands and headed back to take delivery. When we arrived Lee had made sure the vehicle was clean and gassed up for us, and took us through the features on the car to customize our preferences. He was never pushy and gave us plenty of time to "play" with the features. Before too long we were ready to sign papers. Jessica in finance was very helpful, laid back, and a pleasure to work with. She made the boring paperwork part of vehicle purchasing more enjoyable. From initial visit to driving away in our new car was a few short hours. We were very pleased with the vehicle purchase experience from this dealership team! More

Also was given a oil change free of charge so they said only to find out they deducted it from the three free I was suppose to have had anyway! Service personnel was unprofessional and was quick to catch an attitude when I tried to example I had an additional oil change. When I asked for the managers name she seemed to someone not k own how to pronounce his name! At this point I could care less about a free oil change, but making promises to customers for things the company plans to do for you for spending thousands of dollars at the business and not following through on them is unlawful!
