This was done as I work in Brookfield and really wanted to surprise my wife and make the deal before coming home from work. Jeff and all the staff at Russ Darrow new the situation and worked quickly & diligently to close the deal. Even with all the financing paper work and vehicle prep Jeff had me out the door and back to work in no time (in the new vehicle of coarse). Long story short Jeff showed great care and compassion in helping me get exactly what I wanted! The finance manger Brandon & Erica in service were EXTREMELY kind as well. Jessica in administration was also just great. All the staff that I dealt with was 5 stars! I highly recommend Jeff and this dealership overall. More
