I wish I would have written down the name of the person I spoke to. I was told because of the salt and brine on the roads in WI the warranty was voided and there's nothing Russ Darrow Kia could do t help. I called Lynch body shop in Burlington, (3 times farther from my house), I was told it's a common problem. Just stop in, they will take a couple pix, send them to Dodge. Usually about a week they will have a new hood. Drop it off over night, pick it up the next day. I didn't even buy the van from them. More

Freddie Pate was a very helpful person threw this entire process. Freddie pate really needs to b employee of the month or celebrated on how he deals with customers he always stayed relaxed and calm even whe process.
