Incompetence This entire dealership was unorganized. The salesperson, Tionne, gave statements that were contradicted by the manager, Steve. I had an appointment to see a car, and the salesperson arrived late. No one else offered to help us. They put the wrong VIN on the sales and title paperwork. This was discovered by myself, not the dealer. We had to go back to the dealer the next day to correct he vehicle registration. We were told the service manager would speak to us about future service needs, and that never happened. Would never buy from them again. More
