She went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible on my end, and made me feel like the most important customer at Russ Darrow. She also put in a lot of time to listen to me in order to understand my vision of the “perfect car” and handled my indecision and anxiety without pressure. I truly appreciate her patience with me! She absolutely helped me feel confident that I was making the right decision, and I ended up leaving the dealership with my dream car. As a young person, it was also really nice to work with someone the same age as me. I know she had my best interest at heart and really got me. If you’re looking for an endlessly kind, super fun, and LGBTQ+ friendly female salesperson, you will 1000% love working with Valencia. I also had the pleasure of working with my best friend’s dad, Mike Duda. He made the experience so much fun, as always! He also made sure that I was choosing the safest options, and looked out for me in the way I know my own dad would. I appreciate how he patiently and thoroughly explained the offer to me. Friendly people, they were patient with me as I had concerns, but reassured me through every step. I am a little skeptical of some of their business practices though. There was apparently no wiggle room on the price because it had "increased overnight by 3k", but yesterday's price would be honored "just for me" . A $500 dollar discount would have been a drop in the ocean for them! More

This little surprise which can add up to the tune of $2500.00 is revealed only after you spend time in looking at the vehicle, and when they present the pricing contract. It is not listed on vehicle window stickers. I did contact the manager James Christy about this and his response was go to another dealership!! The manager I contacted basically said we have more vehicle availability than other dealerships, so they can do this. I recommend going to another dealership and/ or Contact Kia directly about this “ xxxxty “ business practice and maybe it will change. More
