She went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as p my first time buying a car, and I’m so grateful to have been able to work with Valencia! She also put in a lot of time to listen to me in order to understand my vision of the “perfect car” and handled my indecision and anxiety without pressure. I truly appreciate her patience with me! She absolutely helped me feel confident that I was making the right decision, and I ended up leaving the dealership with my dream car. As a young person, it was also really nice to work with someone the same age as me. I know she had my best interest at heart and really got me. Friendly people, they were patient with me as I had concerns, but reassured me through every step. I am a little skeptical of some of their business practices though.
