The sales experience was awesome. We had an issue with parts and detail. We had to keep driving there from over an hour away to get wrong parts that were supposed to be included when We had an issue with parts and detail. Everyone I was in contact with was very welcoming and attentive. I was informed before the service what the total estimated cost would be so there were no surprises. Just one question: is it customary to leave the paper hang tag and floor protector in the vehicle after service? I do not recall the paper floor mat being left in the past. More

This was my second time there. It took 2 hours just for an oil change. The first time, they did a lot more work and it only took an hour—and they explained everything to me along t It took 2 hours just for an oil change.
