Had to wait three days to see a new car they got that was listed on their website. Scheduled a "VIP" test drive. I was supposed to be the first person called and I had a scheduled drive. Had my family drive listed on their website. Scheduled a "VIP" test drive. I was supposed to be the first person called and I had a scheduled drive. Had my family drive up from Illinois for support and car buying experience. All for nothing. They sold the car I was scheduled to see a few minutes prior to my appointment. I got there and was blamed by the salesman that it was my fault because I didn't answer my phone while DRIVING to my appointment. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful and embarrassing. Don't do business with this sad little dealership. More
