This dealership is always very busy, and the wait time is never what was quoted. They always try to sell you something. I was told that the reason it was taking so long to process my paperwork was because Ma never what was quoted. They always try to sell you something. I was told that the reason it was taking so long to process my paperwork was because Marvin was "trying to figure out how to bill it for the coupon amount." It was a coupon which came directly from Russ Darrow Mitsubishi! I was in the waiting area with 3 other unhappy customers. I don't plan to return anytime soon. More
