May be great if you are using their financing, however when I shared i was using my credit union the car suddenly was "sold". This occurred after a sales rep had contacted me 45 minutes earlier to set up when I shared i was using my credit union the car suddenly was "sold". This occurred after a sales rep had contacted me 45 minutes earlier to set up a time for purchase. Everything was great until they couldn't make money off of my financing. To be sure it wasn't an oversight as they claimed I had a friend inquire about the car about an hour after being told it was sold. He was in fact contacted by someone from the dealer and told it was available. I repeatedly texted the salesperson with my concern and was ignored until offering to share my concerns in person. Mind you I had been in contact with them all week regarding the vehicle after driving on Saturday and arranged to complete the purchase on Friday once my previous car was sold. I will certainly never be back and will share my experience with as many people as i can More

We came to Russ Darrow Toyota after finding a Sierra AT4 via Cargurus. Travis worked with us and had the truck ready to go for a test drive. After a successful test drive my wife decided that she liked it a via Cargurus. Travis worked with us and had the truck ready to go for a test drive. After a successful test drive my wife decided that she liked it and wanted to move forward with a deal. The dealership evaluated our trade and they agreed on the trade in request amount. It was a pleasure working with Travis and the whole process went smoothly. We came in for just a test drive but left with a "new to us" truck. I would have gave 5 stars but the dealership would not use our pre-approved loan status with our local credit union and insisted we use one of their preferred lenders. More
