Rob is a detailed orientated service advisor with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction. He has experience as an ASE Master Certified technician which allows him to explain even the most technical aspects of repairs in a way that everyone can understand, thus educating the customers to allowing them to make an educated decisions regarding their vehicle's repairs and services. Rob is a dedicated family man, well as much as a golf addict can, who has been married for 25 years to his wife, Michele. They have a 20 year old son, Ty, who is evolved in golf, and volleyball.
