Great buying experience Bought a 2019 RAV4 Limited. The whole experience was easy and stress free. Travis was awesome to work with! Never felt pressured to buy right away whe Bought a 2019 RAV4 Limited. The whole experience was easy and stress free. Travis was awesome to work with! Never felt pressured to buy right away when I went in for test drive or get something I did not want. I love that. Once I did know what I wanted, Travis and Patrick worked diligently to locate the vehicle quickly so I didn’t have to order it and wait 3 months. They also offered me a fair trade in value on my vehicle. Kayla was also friendly and helpful getting the test drive set up and hooking me up with Travis. I hadn’t bought a vehicle in 13 years and was a bit nervous at first. The staff at Russ Darrow helped me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend! More

They did not have the exact truck on the lot that we wanted, and worked quickly - within an hour - to secure the vehicle we wanted and have it delivered within a day. We also had some scheduling challenges to overcome and they made accommodations to help us out. It was a great experience. 60K Mile Service Contact service rep was very professional and well-informed by computer info from previous service. I requested specific maintenance based on manufact Contact service rep was very professional and well-informed by computer info from previous service. I requested specific maintenance based on manufacturers recommendations (not Toyota) and they were completed. The service tech also tested the battery and found it to be suspect (six years old), recommending replacement. The only suggestion I will make is to be sure to check and top off all fluids - I added about a pint of windshield washer fluid after I returned home. More
