No Recall Resolution Service recall work led to no results. They are not willing to fix the recall on my truck but invited me to try “another authorized Toyota dealer.” Th Service recall work led to no results. They are not willing to fix the recall on my truck but invited me to try “another authorized Toyota dealer.” They then had me sign an authorization to release them from any liability their recalled Toyota part may cause. Unfortunate for them and Toyota they were not willing to help as I’ll be purchasing another commercial vehicle for my fleet in the next 12 months. More
