Kenny Ha was our sales representative and he was very attentive and helpful. He definitely went the extra mile to help us get the deal done, even driving 20 min away to get the title and key for our trad attentive and helpful. Jason in finance is the prime reason that I almost took my sale elsewhere. His smug attitude once he didn't succeed with upselling was absolutely asinine. Especially since I was told differing information from “management” within your dealership, which has been documented. In closing I am beyond grateful for Sam, best salesperson that you all have!
