Great sales experience GT spoke to me months ago when I was waiting for my car to be serviced. He answered all of my questions and was completely patient as I tried various cars to see which ones suited me. He was very helpful and I will recommend him and R&S to friends. This is my third Honda from R&S. I truly appreciate that when our interest was pulled to a Pre-owned Certified instead of a new car, GT continued to help me and answer my questions. I appreciate having one sales rep that can do both new and used. The only improvements I would have liked would be less paperwork (probably not going to happen) and a wider variety of music (80s hits on repeat get old after a while). If that's the worst of it, it was a pretty good experience. More
