On-line purchase of a used vehicle. Car was delivered with over $9000 extended warranties tacked on, $1500 for "ceramic coating" and no copy of paperwork for me. TBH the attitude of the people who do intake of the car is rather terrifying. So rude and disrespectful not to me but I saw it with another customer. Not to say I was treated with any more kindness. Complete scam. After my car was left here for over a month for warranty repairs they hit me with both your batteries are dead which are not covered under warranty. After my car was left here for over a month for warranty repairs they hit me with both your batteries are dead which are not covered under warranty. Both batteries were about $1000 together which fine whatever that's the dealership price but here is where they get you. They charged me 2 hours of labor at 360/h for the batteries!!!! Apparently, each battery is a separate job so even if one battery takes 3 minutes and the other 20 minutes, they will charge each as a separate job for the 1-hour minimum. Do you really want to bring your car to a place that will charge you $720 to replace your batteries? This place is super shady, and they will take advantage of you. More

I purchased a 20 loyal Dodge Van Nuys customer for years, buying and trading multiple vehicles here, but my recent purchase has been a major letdown. I purchased a 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T EV on July 25, 2025, and from day one, I’ve had ongoing issues. The trunk has been malfunctioning, sometimes opening, sometimes not, and one of the wheels was delivered damaged with a bad tire. Despite reporting these issues right away, I have received little to no support or resolution. As a returning customer, I expected better follow-up and accountability. This experience has left me questioning whether the dealership values its long-term customers. More
