In the past, they also replaced my brakes and rotors, and the quality of the work has always been outstanding. Service center is a mixed bag. I noted a warning light appearing on my dash, was told I "probably hit a button or something". Had to double check when I picked up my car if it was resolved or even looked at, got a flippant response. It is still not resolved. I would like to know my concerns are addressed and if not, the steps I need to take to address them. Preferably by someone who is able to maintain a professional and civil tone. I constantly receive automated texts, and the information in them does not seem to be connected or communicated to an actual human. I'm not sure if this is what is causing this disconnect, but ultimately both the automated and human side of this dealership could be better. More
I was VERY disappointed in how my service sessions with Payman went. I am an actor in this town and pride myself on how I listen and exchange information with almost anyone. I felt like Payman did not do ANY of those things with me. I bought my jeep cash from this location about 5 years ago. I’ve gotten serviced over the years and I’ve never felt so blatantly pushed around and literally ignored when it came to concerns with my vehicle. My car was running hot and I had done quite a bit of work on it… When I brought It in to try to explain things I was rushed out and told that they would accesses it for 350 and tell me what’s going on. 7business days later I called to get a check up and Payaman related to me that “I told you that it could take up to 8-10 days” (he never said that and if that was the issue why have me being my car in at 7:30’am the week before if it would take this long to assess it) I replied “yes sir just let me know when you get to it… He called me back the next day to say we got to it and it’s a Sensor problem. I told him “wait I replaced those sensors not even a year ago. Payman seemed to be irritated and responded “There are more than one sensor and for the work it will cost 💲1800 dollars! I said that seems steep for replacing sensors. He said well we are also replacing the gasket kit… I told him I have the mechanic on the phone that replaced the sensors and he said that they shouldn’t be bad this quickly… Payaman advised me: “This is what we found and we are SURE this is the issue.” I said well I need my car back it’s been a week. He said we will do the work. I picked my vehicle up the next day and returned immediately because it was running hot again! I took video and pictures because Payman was so dismissive of me. I attempted to show him my evidence. Paymam waived me off and said “It’s at 3/5ths that’s normal… I tried to say no, it’s above 3/5 and it’s not going to the center and he waved me off and said hey we can keep your car even longer and drive it over 150 miles to tell you the same thing or you can just go because we’ve done the assessment. This is what it is and I’m 99% sure that we fixed your car.” He said this in front of other workers sitting there. I left too embarrassed to fight back. The car ran hot and brought it back and asked to speak to Hektor the service manager and relayed how I felt in listened to and it’s costing me too much money and to his credit he was actually kind and asked me if I wanted to work with Payman or someone else. I told him definitely someone else. I told him all of the info I had including that my car didn’t pass a lock test to which he replied “Man I wish we knew that…” how could I when Payman ACTIVELY ignored me and rushed me out. The prognosis was that for 25,000 dollars he could replace my engine. He would get it down to 16,791 because of what I went through. I just asked for my car back to thinking this. More
