Sent an email to service manager with pictures, he offered to clean it up, but honestly , I will never take my truck back to van Nuys dealership again. More

They shipped the car with out cleaning the inside of the car (water bottle and dirty doors on driverside). No plates at or paperwork at all. Meaning I cannot operate the car at all legally. After contacting them 4+ times still no title no registration no 30 day tags and no answer or plan or a call back. They say I can't get 30 day tags but I should be able to because I am not driving in California. Last car brought from CA They gave me 30 day tags as long as it will not touch ca roads. More

My service Advisor, Jose Gudiel, is fantastic! My 2024 Jeep Plug in has had several recalls and other issues. I can always count on Jose to help me. Great customer service. What I am not happy with is that the vehicle I bought was very dirty, had a lot of pet hair inside, and smelled like cigars. I was promised a full detail, but I had to return. I live 3 hrs away, and I did, but when I returned to get my detail, I was promised the car was washed like if a 5-year-old washed it; it was only wiped down and Armor All on the tires. This made me lose a whole day; if I had known, I would not have returned. I guess they promise anything to sell. But besides that, car buying is easy with them. More

Vahe had been very accommodating, answering my questions well, helping with replacing my other key fob, looked at the scratches I sustained and honestly telling me what to do. You need service people like him in your dealership. I'm sure they will also be very happy. More
If you buy a car here, check every single number on their worksheets before you sign. When I was negotiating the deal for my Jeep on May 21st, 2026, the initial offers and interest rates they presented me we worksheets before you sign. When I was negotiating the deal for my Jeep on May 21st, 2026, the initial offers and interest rates they presented me were flat-out mathematically incorrect. Several times. They tried to use inflated numbers and an incorrect interest rate on the pencil sheets to trick me into a higher payment. On top of the wrong interest rate, they tried to push a "deal" where my payments would be delayed for 3 months. They pitched it as a benefit, but the math showed it was a trap designed to let simple interest rack up on the principal from day one, which would have cost me thousands of dollars extra in the long run. I had to catch these math errors and deceptive tactics myself before forcing them to print the correct numbers on the final contract. As part of the deal, I traded in my 2016 Ram 1500. Per our signed contract, Van Nuys CDJR contractually agreed to pay off the remaining $936.00 balance to my lienholder, PenFed. It has been nearly two weeks, and they have completely failed to send the check. Because of their severe administrative delay, PenFed's collections department is now actively calling me, threatening a major hit to my credit score. The transaction has already been fully funded and assigned to Capital One on the backend, meaning Van Nuys CDJR happily pocketed my trade-in and got their money from the new loan, but they are ghosting their legal obligation to clear my old title. Between trying to slide thousands in hidden interest past me at the desk to failing to pay off a simple $936 loan, this place operates with zero integrity. I called the dealership and the person in finance told me to just pay it off and the bank would pay me back. I told them it's their responsibility and the guy said this is what people usually do when this happens. This is insane. I am currently filing a formal complaint with the California DMV Investigations Division. More
