Left 2 messages to get appt. No one called back for 2 days. I drove there to make appointment. Jose said it would take 5 hrs and texted me saying to text him with any questions. No one called back for 2 days. I drove there to make appointment. Jose said it would take 5 hrs and texted me saying to text him with any questions. 7hrs later I text asking if it’s done. No response. I call service number they say not done but we’ll tell Jose to call you. No call. Next day I call at 11am. They say van is done. Bad basic communication guys. More

I can’t say enough great things about Chase, the Assistant GSM. I originally received a truck through a broker deal that was presented to me as new, but it arrived with 1,509 miles and multiple ding Assistant GSM. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. The moment Chase became involved, he stepped up without hesitation and made everything right. He exchanged the truck and got me into a newer truck with a higher MSRP, while making the entire transaction smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. He listened to my concerns, treated me with respect, and never made me feel like I was being difficult for expecting a truly new vehicle. Chase’s professionalism, honesty, and commitment to customer satisfaction were exceptional. Instead of making excuses, he focused on finding a solution and went above and beyond to ensure I left completely satisfied. This is exactly how management should handle a difficult situation.
