The dealership is too small so everything seems crammed and feels overcrowded. There is nowhere to wait when you’re dropping off your car for service and if you wait in the showroom you get pushy sales peo and feels overcrowded. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I was lied to multiple times throughout the purchasing process, and I do not appreciate being given promises that were not honored. I was told that the dealership worked with my credit lender, but they ran my credit with a different lender without my authorization. I was also told that my car would be cleaned and that the gas tank would be filled before I received it. Neither of those things were done. Additionally, I was promised an extra key. After I completed the purchase and everything was finalized, I was told they could not provide the key because the vehicle had been purchased from an auction. If that was the case, I should have been informed before I purchased the vehicle—not after. I understand that things can happen, but being told one thing repeatedly and then being given excuses after the sale is unacceptable. I value honesty and transparency, and unfortunately, that is not the experience I received here. I would not recommend this dealership, and I will never shop here again. More
