I was sold a car with the check engine light still on and had to bring it straight in to the service department. They told me it would take the day to change the batteries and I went to get a rental car that had to bring it straight in to the service department. Took my truck for diagnosis. Was told it would take 3-5 days. Then was told 3-10 days after i called on the 4th day. As far as the fix. They want to start fixing the effect instead of the cause. I know what's wrong with the truck, it's clogged injectors. As a result the particulate filter keeps getting full real quick. They want to start fixing the filter not the injectors. Either someone is not competent, or they are trying to play me for a fool and charge for things that are not needed. More
