Did not explain there procedures. I purchased a car from them over the phone from my home in Virginia. They shipped the car with out cleaning the inside of the car (water bottle and d I purchased a car from them over the phone from my home in Virginia. They shipped the car with out cleaning the inside of the car (water bottle and dirty doors on driverside). No plates at or paperwork at all. Meaning I cannot operate the car at all legally. After contacting them 4+ times still no title no registration no 30 day tags and no answer or plan or a call back. They say I can't get 30 day tags but I should be able to because I am not driving in California. Last car brought from CA They gave me 30 day tags as long as it will not touch ca roads. More

Won't return my down payment after cancelling the purchase of a vehicle. They could not deliver the vehicle that we purchased and requested to cancel the transaction.
