We originally had our truck towed to your dealership for Service on September 10th. We were told our car was being worked on and would soon be ready for pick up the week of September 28th. I noticed my truck was driving around Santa Clarita either Thursday or Friday when the dealership is in Van Nuys. I figured it was just on a test drive, however when we saw that it was in Santa Clarita again on a Sunday when the service department is closed and was located at someone's home, we then assumed our truck had been stolen. However, someone (supposedly a Marvin) had been using it for personal use. The dash cam was disconnected and pushed completely forward. The truck was filthy, food and belongings were scatted in the front of the truck. We also noted several small scratches and a dent on the hood as well. We took our truck home from that location and did receive a call from Payman asking us to locate our vehicle and to give him a call back although we already knew the service department was closed on Sunday's. He also said our car wasn't finished being repaired but someone is obviously driving it home just fine. I have pictures as well. Hector service manager and Justin the General Manager, said that they would investigate this issue and get back to us and we never heard back. We also received the paperwork for our truck that said the deductible for our extended warranty is $200 but it is not, it's $100 and I don't know if this was an error or purposely up charged. From what I know, taking someone's vehicle home without consent outside of business hours, kept overnight and being used for personal use is theft and not something that should be happening at a dealership. I'm disappointed in the management of this issue, the dealership and especially the lack of follow up after bringing this issue up to the a general Manager. More

Not a good dealership to do business with. Bunch of scammers and thief’s, they took almost 3 months to pay me off on my trade-in dodged multiple calls. Anyone can look up that car and see that it’s missing specific dealer options.
