Quick and painless I have bought quite a few cars the last 15 years. This purchase experience was the best by far. Excellent Experience for Out of Town Buyer We were in the Knoxville area and stopped in to see the model in person since availability was limited in our home area. We were not really intending to purchase, but even though we were from out of town, service from the sales team was excellent. We came back the next day to look at a few more options and ended up purchasing. Staff was helpful researching aspects about Ohio title and sales tax in order to complete the purchase. An employee will be meeting me at our local Clerk to complete the legal particulars. The dealership definitely made the experience as easy as possible on us. More
