I usually never write reviews or have a problem with this dealership ever since I’ve been coming here until recently. The car tech told me the price of an oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid change wa dealership ever since I’ve been coming here until recently. The car tech told me the price of an oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid change was $130. When I went to pay, the overall cost was $242 which is fine and understandable because of the taxes and fees. I just feel the communication could’ve been better because I wasn’t expecting to pay that much since I wasn’t told the overall price from the jump. I also didn’t get a mileage sticker, car wash, or a car diagnostic paper which is the first time EVER. I don’t know if it was too busy and everyone was running behind but the reason I get my oil change here is to get the diagnostic paper to see how my car is doing in every aspect. The car tech told me verbally my car was doing fine but the paper is still something I’ve gotten for every visit for almost 5 years now. The car tech was very nice. I just feel that during my visit, there was a shortcut taken to be done quick and not efficiently. More
Rusty Wallis has always made a diligent effort to earn our business for over 25 years. We have purchased multiple cars and had them serviced and repaired there. Sure - there’s been turnover in personnel and it’s not a perfect world- but they make sure to answer all my questions and follow up to insure quality work is done and I leave a satisfied customer. We had a blowout in heavy Dallas traffic. Had to be towed to nearest Honda dealership & were fortunate to have been towed to Rusty Wallis. I recently purchased a certified Honda from Rusty Wallis. Sale went fine, no issues. However, per Honda, certified cars are to come with 2 key fobs. I was only provided one. It is my fault that I left with the car without furhter information .The next day I emailed the sales person, no response. Emailed the sales manager. Was told they would revert back. Followed up several times, no response. Emailed and called the GM, no response. Emailed the managing partners, again... no response. At this point I am resigned to the fact that I will be paying for a key fob, which isn't too big of a deal, but the lack of responses after the sale, says a lot. Due to this, I would not do any business with them. More
