Sure. You have my number on file along with my email address, clearly, since you’ve sent me dozens of emails wanting feedback. Now you have it. I’ll continue to let others know, especially women, to avoid buying, servicing, or walking into this dealership without a male presence. EVERY other dealership that has looked at my paperwork says “wowww” every time they see it.

For future customers or people reviewing this site. The copy / paste email that Rusty Wallis adds to the “unhappy” reviews portraying that they are concerned is just a “portrayal”. They’re not going to reach out nor do they have intention to do so. It’s intended to “save face” for their business and that’s all it is. They manipulate numbers on paperwork, “man handle” women on upsales to the point of intimidation and trying to make you feel like an idiot, and if you need service work done whether under warranty or not, they’ll service your vehicle for payment, then leave whatever warranty service you are entitled to undone. Don’t believe me, go ahead, buy from them…… and wait. You’ll be back too in order to review as well to hopefully help others avoid this. Their reviews on Google site look great but how many are friends and family of co workers or got a discount for posting? Think before you buy and read EVERY line before you sign. Check other dealerships before you buy, take paperwork to other dealership, and you’ll get a better offer than the first or second one from Rusty Wallis. Listen to this review and you will save thousands. Don’t fall for the “ what monthly payment do you want?” Scam either. Do your research, know your price and worth of what you want, and stick to it. TRUST THIS. And for the love in all that’s holy do not deal with “DAKOTA”. And last but not least, if you see a price they have advertised online, be ready to hear the spill about how it’s not real or that doesn’t include destination fees, prep fees, environmental fees, tree fees, save the highway fees , or whatever other xx they can come up with to scam you out of an extra thousand or more dollars. Learn from my lesson.
