I went to Rusty Wallis Honda to look at used Accords. I worked with Manny Garcia and after finding the car I was interested in, he worked to get the pricing needed to complete the deal. When I found a better price for my trade, Manny worked to match the price. When it came time to close the deal and sign the paperwork, Amir Hamghalam made it very easy to understand all of the paperwork. Amir was able to get me a better interest rate on my financing than I had from another bank. Both Manny and Amir made it very easy to purchase my 2011 Accord. This is my second used car purchase from Rusty Wallis Honda. In both cases it was very easy to find the car and complete deal. Rusty Wallis Honda has been a great place to purchase my last two cars. Manny was able to answer my questions about the Accord and if he didn't know the answer, he found it and didn't try to bluff his way through the answer like salesmen at other dealerships. This was our first new car purchase as a couple, and it was much less stressfull than we had feared. We were choosing between a Sonata for the extra features and 10yr/100K mile warranty, Toyota Camry for relability and safety, and Honda Accord for the reliability and performance. With RWH extending the Honda warranty out to 100K miles and working within our budget, the choice became clear. The only two downsides were 1.) someone bought the color we wanted the day before (oh well), 2.) The Honda Care package seems to be cheaper if you buy it online within the first 6K miles, despite Felton's claim that it had to be added at the time of purchase or not at all. Live and learn. Overall a good car buying experience. More

My wife and I bought a 2012 Honda Odyssey Elite and are very happy with the vehicle and the dealership. Eric worked with our schedule and was very prompt about getting me answers to my questions. Another reason Eric was very helpful was because we are from Wichita, KS and so most of our dealing and talks were over the phone. I will say when it came down to numbers I worked with a sales manager, just to cut out the number of phone calls, and they worked hard to get every dolloar they could out of me. The initial agreement fell through with the sales manager any myself, so I decided to "walk" away. Eric called me the next day and made the deal happen at the original price I agreed to. I give Eric credit for the dealership to make this transaction happen. Just overall working with Eric was a pleasure. More
