Having to jump start my van a few times, I had ruled out the battery as it was only 5 months old; I came in and explained my problem to a very attentive attendant. He explained the possible problems and adv the battery as it was only 5 months old; I came in and explained my problem to a very attentive attendant. He explained the possible problems and advised some diagnostic could be time consuming, but he could give me a preliminary report within a couple hours if I wanted to wait. Later he advised the problem was the battery. Great experience dealing with that individual. He made sure I was informed and on my way in short order. More
Service representative could not explain what I paid for. She got upset and left providing no explanation.
