Was not the friendliest place. A lot of sitting around. You would think you would be addressed with a greeting when coming in. It's an average dealership service center, there are better Honda service centers in the dfw area. More

Everyone was friendly. I didn't like that the finance guy told me that I couldn't purchase my car without that Honda package: oil change, tire care, etc. I know it can be r I didn't like that the finance guy told me that I couldn't purchase my car without that Honda package: oil change, tire care, etc. I know it can be removed. But he cut the price in half which was better than the total. Next time, if I am not allowed to remove that package. I'll just walk out of a dealership. We'll probably need a new car in 18 months because our 2nd car is too small but I will think twice about returning to Honda. More
