On the way out to my car (an Accord), I slipped on black ice and broke the humerus bone at my left shoulder. There was no dealership warning of ice in the area nor any preventative actions done in the area.. The employees did help me .. calling for an ambulance and I was taken to the Dallas Presby ER.. I’m now in 8-12 week recuperative therapy. I did receive a follow-up call from the young man I had talked to in the sales office, but no other attempt on Rusty Wallis’ part to reach out. We’ve been Rusty Wallis customers for decades and I am disappointed with the lack of grounds prep for the ice and lack of concerned follow-up. You can do better! F. H. Andy Anderson More
