I was treated respectfully by everyone after arriving at the service center. While checking my Outback in, the service representative made an adjustment ton my driver recognition system even though I was the service center. Service was very good, as expected. The price was high. I postponed some services not immediately critical due to the price. The service representative was very good in walking me th The price was high. I postponed some services not immediately critical due to the price. The service representative was very good in walking me through the options, supporting my decisions and nicely explaining why a decision might not be in my best interest. The rear wiper blade, which needed service and was replaced, is better but not as good as it was on the day it left the showroom. My wife and I are disappointed in this particular function of the car. It will be on the list again at the next service appointment. More
