I am and have been very happy with the service portion of Sierra Chevrolet. I would like to say that there is a discrepancy between what Carfax says and what Chevy says also cars. Com. Carfax says that the airbag and any safety features of the car are still under warranty Chevy has no recollection of this cars.com says there's an airbag recall but Carfax and Chevy have no recollection of that. Overall I'm very happy of how I was treated at Sierra Chevrolet and their service department my advisor Jeremy has really helped me and I think More

I recently took my car in for servicing, and I had a great experience overall. My service advisor, John Twiford was professional, knowledgeable, and honest/fair in his recommendations for what my car ne great experience overall. My service advisor, John Twiford was professional, knowledgeable, and honest/fair in his recommendations for what my car needed. I was able to get timely updates during the servicing process about the status of my repairs, and he made sure, that the work I had done made sense for my car based on it's age and mileage. Often, you go to the dealer thinking they are going to recommend services you don't really need, and you're going to get over charged because you think if the dealer mentions an additional service, you must need it. However, I never felt that way during this visit, and I think its because John was clear from the beginning, that he would be fair in telling me what was wrong with my car, and make reasonable recommendations for how to resolve my repair needs. Next time, my car needs to have service by the dealer, I can definitely see bringing it back to Sierra Chevrolet. Thank you for the great service experience! More
