I had a great experience at Salem Hyundai (Key Auto Group). It all started talking with Sarah from the internet department whom was very helpful and gave me the best price up front. When I arrived to the dealership, I was placed with Ceasar who was very friendly, honest, and helpful. During my visit, the general manager, Tanya came over to greet me and helped me out hugely with my vehicle purchase. She supplied me with a deal better than any other dealership, I could not pass up! They gave me a fair trade in allowance in which I was happy with. I met with the finance manager, Armando who tried very hard to get me the best rate. I walked out of there with a very nice 2009 Elantra GLS and I would recommend this dealership to everyone looking for customer satisfaction!

"I have been going there for car repairs and maintenance..."

I have been going there for car repairs and maintenance on my Hyundai Sonata 2006 for over 2 years. Due to recent problems with last 4 months visits I will no longer be bringing my car there. They took 1.5 hours to do a pre-scheduled oil change that they normally do in 35 min., they snapped of engine cover bolts two separate times and failed to notify me (I discovered this when I opened my hood). Also, they falsely informed me that I needed new breaks, when I set up an appointment to have this done they informed me that in actuality I had over 50% of my pads left. They told me I was due to have my belt changed when in reality I have a chain, not a belt. Lastly they over billed me 2.5 hours for a job that took them 1.5 hours from start to finish. Of the employees there that I've spoken with most come off as rude and agitated. I will say that Lee is extremely professional, informative, and honest. They will no longer be receiving my business.

This dealer was absolutely no help after I experienced a stress crack in the windshield of my 2006 F150 that I recently purchased from them. They denied repair on the windshield, telling me to go through my insurance. The service writer was also unprofessional and borderline abusive over the phone. DO NOT spend your hard-earned money with Salem Ford!
