We went to this dealer on Saturday, 3/8/14 at approx 2:00 pm. We walked around and found what we were interested in and waited for a salesperson to approach us. We were looking at a Viper and a salesman ca pm. We walked around and found what we were interested in and waited for a salesperson to approach us. We were looking at a Viper and a salesman came up to us and told us about the paint job and then went on to his desk to continue with the people there. We did not even ask about the Viper nor were we near the Viper when he approached us (on his way to his desk). No salesperson would give us any eye contact (god forbid - they might have to help us). Sure they were helping people at their desk but they could have acknowledged us and informed us that would be with us shortly. There were several other employees at this dealership, as well, just walking around and never acknowledging us. We waited for about 30 minutes and left. I went to the dealer who informed us about the paint job on the Viper that we were leaving because no one seems to notice us and he just said "ok". We will NEVER go there again NOR would we recommend anyone else to. We went to another Jeep dealer on Rt 22 in North Plainfield and the service there was above and beyond our expectations. We are so thrilled that we went there and came home with a new 2014 Jeep Cheerokee Trail Hawk. Thank you More

I thought there was going to be a catch. He was considerate , patient , kind and gentle and very honest. I had dealt with OTHER dealerships for the previous years and it was such a stressful experience because it was so obvious that there was this urgency to up~sell and always a feeling of insecurity about what "line" was next. I wish every friend and family member I have will go to see Sergio Ovalle and Michael Cohen at Salerno Duane in Summit ......mostly because they eliminated all of that "secret meeting upstairs" debacle.
