He was quick and very helpful and knowledgeable. He got the deal done quick and within the same day as my test drive the deal was done. Scheduled my pick up and was in and out within an hour. The final portion in finance was a breeze. Very nice to work with. Didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of and was done so quickly and honestly. Much better The service manager Curtis and staff are very nice, but I cannot understand how I scheduled service in advance by 3 weeks and confirmed to have a loan The service manager Curtis and staff are very nice, but I cannot understand how I scheduled service in advance by 3 weeks and confirmed to have a loaner car, and I am being told that there are no available loaner cars. I’ve been sitting here for over two hours and no loaner car. Don’t promise people loaner cars, especially those who had to take some time off work. I DO NOT RECCOMEND Salerno Duane to anyone. Terrible. Update: Curtis and Bob went out of their way to get me a loaner car and I very much appreciate it. More
