Poor customer service poor follow through I intend to make aware any consumer looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership via social media the fact that when I called the service depart I intend to make aware any consumer looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership via social media the fact that when I called the service department to inquire about the status of my warranty your service department forwarded me to the sales department upon speaking with the salesman Paul Shorrock he agreed to pull my contract and review my warranty. And call me back. I then received a call back from Curtis Thomas the Service Director who advised that I am out of warranty.. ok fine thank you for the information and we ended the call, I then received a call back from Paul upon speaking with him I asked. If he had any suggestions about what I should do . We ended the call and 10 minutes later I received a credit alert on my phone that I had a hard inquiry on my credit. I 5 minutes later received a call from Paul again telling me im not in the position to buy a car which I knew hence me never signing or authorizing a credit evaluation. I then called jeremy cc'd above who promised to look into the issue and get back to me I'm still waiting.. I am now just waiting to hear back from the credit bureau on how to dispute this unauthorized credit hit. I simply requested from the dealership a document explaining this was an erroneous occurrence. Again no response.. beware of this dealership , I would suggest finding a place more organized and that follows through for their customers More

Great Experience I knew that Salerno Duane was the place to buy the truck I’ve been looking for - walking in the showroom is well laid out and the sales team was not a I knew that Salerno Duane was the place to buy the truck I’ve been looking for - walking in the showroom is well laid out and the sales team was not abrasive or pushy or “on top of me” when I arrived. They made me aware they were there to answer questions and assist however they could and would be available when I was ready. Although I came to the dealership having narrowed the field down to a Ram, George B had a wealth of knowledge about the Ram line and was a great help to narrow down the selection of trim lines and options to provide the best fit to my needs for the truck. He spent the time to review the different features as well as show different possibilities and how they impact the overall truck. The purchase process was efficient and professional - at no point did I get the feeling that I was being pushed to purchase upsells, but more so given the options and their benefits and ability to make an informed decision. After the truck was prepped, George spent the time to go through the features and their operation and made it clear that even after I left the lot their door was open if any questions arose. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealship over the others (I’ve had bad experiences at others) and would highly recommend this team when looking for a vehicle. More
