This is probably the 5th Infinity we have owned over 40 years. Our most recent purchase is the FX35. We bought one in 2009 and we purchased a 2011 in December. We asked to have him again. Albeit there is always the bit of trading that goes on, and he has always been extremely pleasant, knows the product he is selling very well, and more than willing to have you come back with questions after your purchase. He does an excellent job. The cars themselves are a pleasure. The service department however is outstanding. It is truly what makes us repeat customers. Alli and Sue have been there a long time and they do an outstanding job. Everyone associated with Salerno/Duane seems to be interested in customer service, which is what differentiates it from other dealerships, no matter what make the car. Karen & John Alofs More
I'd like to start by saying I had a wonderful experience at Salerno Duane. It began with a phone call from one of their reps, stating that I could get a good trade-in deal for my 2004 Infiniti FX35. Having just figured out that my car was only RWD the hard way, I decided to inquire in person about this trade. Unfortunately, I think I misunderstood as the rep was actually talking about getting a new car. When I came in, however, Tom did not bat an eye. He asked me what I wanted and what I was looking to spend, cautioning me about extra fees and taxes that would potentially increase the price. This made setting a price point fairly easy, as I knew exactly what I would have to pay. Salerno Duane Infiniti mainly deals with new purchases it seems, as their used car selection was moderate. This does not mean that the lot was unappealing, however, as every car was pretty much a gem. Finding the kind of car I wanted was not a challenge. After selecting my car and negotiating, we began to go through the processing of the purchase. This went fairly smoothly, even though I had some issues with paperwork to sort out. Tom V remained patient and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. At the end, he thanked me and I was off with my g35x. Although he showed a lot of gratitude for my purchase, I had the feeling that I was the one being helped as well. A few words about the dealership: It is clean, fancy, and comfortable, as one would expect from a luxury car dealer. The difference one may experience, however, is the humility and friendliness of the staff. Although I did not buy a brand new g37 with the red interior, I felt like I was still treated with the utmost respect and care. For information's sake, I traded in a 2004 FX35 for a 2006 g35x. More
This is my second lease through Salerno Duane Infiniti, and I must say everyone at the dealership is an absolute please to deal with! Not only is he a consummate professional, but he is extremely patient in that he answered each and every one of my questions no matter how obscure. I have dealt with Salerno Duanne Infinity of Denville for many years. I leased my first Infinity elsewhere in 2001 but had it serviced at this dealership. Ally and Sue were warm, friendly and very helpful during the years of Service. In 2007, I leased my second Infinity at Salerno in Denville and worked with Jerry. My husband and I were so pleased with the easy transaction that he leased his Infinity FX 35, in 2010. Prior to Infinity he only drove Audi's but in 2010 switched to Infinity. When my lease was up, I didn't even look at any other cars but went directly to Salerno because of my prior experience. Art Blenner was my salesperson as Jerry wasn't working there anymore. Art came highly recommended by my friends who have purchased their Infinity because of my recommendation. Art was knowledgeable, highly Professional, very warm and friendly. My husband and I are very pleased with our many years of experience with this dealer. Ally and Sue remembered us and made us feel at home. My new Infinity M37X is 5 days old and we love it. This is why I think Salerno Duanne Infinity is GREAT!! They are exceptional. It is a pleasure to work with them. More
I went to this dealer after a friend had recommended it to me. I was shopping around for a 2011 QX56 and the first dealer I went to was priced quite high compared to Duane Salerno in Denville. We were looking for a vehicle that was bigger than what we currently had (Volvo XC90)and after an exhaustive search of all SUVs we chose the QX56 since it offered the most for the price we were looking in. This dealership is, by far, the friendliest, most customer-service-oriented and helpful auto dealership with which I have ever worked in over 20 years of car ownership. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and go out of their way to assist their customers. Customer loyalty is critical to this dealership, and it shows in everything they do. One never has the feeling that one is being taken advantage of by anyone at the dealership. They take their time to explain everything that they are doing, yet appreciate that their customers' time is valuable. Each of the people that I identified above has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are willing to make deals to keep you as a customer. And their word is their bond -- they never over-promise or under-perform. The Service Department is also extremely well run, and they place a premium on providing minimum inconvenience to the customer while the car is being serviced. More
Overall, I had an excellent experience leasing my new G37. I have had four Infiniti's but this is my first experience with Salerno Duane. Art Blenner is a very professional salesman. We communicated off and on for several months before I decided to trade in my G35 for a newer vehicle. I took multiple test drives on multiple occasions trying to decide between a coupe and the sedan. Seeing my confusion, Art arranged for me to have the coupe for 48 hours. After this extended test drive, I decided the sedan was more practical and I leased the vehicle. He was always very patient and helpful. He took much time to show me all the features. The entire dealership was very helpful when a previous dealership had made a mistake on the title paperwork for my old vehicle. My experience with the service department for several years has also been extremely positive. More

Perry is extremely attentive in the sales and delivery process. He takes an incredible amount of time to explain the car, and its a pleasure working with him. Allie and Sue in the service department are considerate, knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and thoroughly professional. In fact, everyone with whom I've had contact there clearly enjoys his or her job and helping customers. This makes for a great experience and total customer loyalty. When you factor in the great quality you get with the Infiniti nameplate, I won't go anywhere else! More
