Best Car Buying Experiance Ever... Again I went to the car dealer due to having problems with 2015 F150 truck. Kevin Cunningham jump in to take care of my truck as soon as possible. I then explained my situation with Danny Forsee who I originally bought my truck from. I was really just ranting but he said that if we were not happy he and Mike Munden would help me into a new truck. After a little working on the financial side from both them and myself we worked out a deal we could both live with. Brandon Matthews got on the paperwork quickly and made sure all the T were crossed and I were dote. Now I am the proud owner of a new 2016 F150. I really feel that they went above and beyond anything any other dealer would to make my family happy again, even calling me on there days off. Whether its buying or servicing i will be returning here. She seemed a novice in the car business and could not even answer simple questions about the features we were looking for in our new Ford. She was also very uncaring and rude. I couldn't believe a dealer had hired her to sell Fords, she was unknowledgeable and had no confidence in what she was saying. She was weak and unconvincing, after wasting two and half hours with Miley we decided to cut our losses and try another dealer. We ended up buying from another dealer, even though it was not as close to us as this one. Make sure you avoid Miley, or just don't buy from this dealer. More

Rob Forgy was our salesperson...he was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. After i explained all i was looking for in a new car, how i would be using it, etc.....Rob went out to the lot, and brought back THE VERY car i wanted...the FIRST time! After the test drive i knew this was the car i wanted, and Rob worked hard to make it happen for me. We met with David Barragan in Finance....again, a great individual and a pleasure to work with. These two fine people took great care of me, listened to my needs, and made it happen! I left in my new Edge a very happy new car owner. More

The day I called Melanie I had been to 4 dealerships. When I arrived I was so incredibly frustrated! I had a budget that I thought would not support anything I would be happy with. To my surprise she actually listened to me and had 2 vehicles picked out and pulled up to the front for me to look at. It was so nice to have someone take what I was asking for and have it ready for me when I got there. That same day I had called another ford dealership and they pretty much just said not possible. By meeting with her and Raj I ended up getting exactly what I wanted at the exact price I could afford. It was even a $1 less than what my husband said I could spend monthly.:) The best part was I didn't have to spend all day sitting there and going back and forth with them. I would recommend those two to anyone. I am so happy with my 2017 Titanium Escape (which I didn't even think was possible to get). It drives amazing, it is great on gas and is just big enough for my family of 5 with two car seats. I am looking forward to buying my Ford Explorer from her next. More
