I am not happy that Alexis ordered the 2 front bucket seats in leather and neglicted to order the backseat in leather. Now I have to return at a later date to have the backseat installed with the leather seat. As much as the seats cost I would expect better service. It is an inconvenience to me and now I have to miss more time from work because of this huge oversight. More

I went to Sam Pack's Five Star Ford of Carrollton to pick up the car and everyone there was really nice. David Keen showed me how to use of the features in the car including the lights, different menu screens and any other questions I had.
