Carl was the guy in the front to walk me into the store, that was 3:10 pm, he was absolute helpful and in great patience and efficiency. After test drive two different fusion model, I have made my decision.When I walked out of door with my car, that was 5:10pm. That's the experience I expected, thank you carl.
