Worked with the Pre-Owned department and the finance department on purchasing the vehicle I wanted. Knew what vehicle I wanted before i walked on the lot. Vehicle was clean already had price and everyth department on purchasing the vehicle I wanted. Knew what vehicle I wanted before i walked on the lot. Went to finance where they decided to question where and how I had gotten my down payment " because I am a 1992 baby" as the finance adviser stated. Said I could not take the vehicle until i had down payment in hand after sales person stating I would be able to take it for the night. I waited 6 days to get all the down payment together and spent all day trying to get a hold of my sales person over call and text message with no reply. Called Pre-Owned sales manager who stated the vehicle was sold 2 days ago when i was told yesterday it was still there. Don't be fooled by the reviews they just want your money and don't care about making your buying experience a pleasurable one. Wont be contacting this dealership ever again. More

I presented my needs and timeline and was rewarded with a quick response and a reasonable number of options. The price quoted was exactly what I was looking for without any surprises once I walked into the dealership. Jennings' winning personality and willingness to assist won me over and I will be a repeat customer. It is nice dealing with that type of atmosphere. More

We had only one car for 3 months due to an accident. I was dreading the car shopping experience and had done most online, just looking. Stopped at a couple dealers who had specials on the car we wanted but experienced what I dreaded about car shopping, "sales" persons. My wife saw an ad for a car in our range, make and model so we took a look after chatting briefly with Melanie. Melanie, Oleg an Michael were a dream team for my car buying and made it very easy, comfortable, friendly and got us in the car we wanted at a price and interest we could afford! We will return to this dealer in a couple years to replace my dying truck. Best car buying experience in my 29 years of driving! More
I took my car here. . still not fixed. .told the truth in the survey,and now Clay tells me I xxxxed him out of 4000$ so even though it's not fixed I should of given high marks on the survey. And not only will he not fix it, he told me he is gonna have to ask me to go some where else. This company is more concerned about the xxxx survey then they are customers and their cars. We like so many others in the metroplex had driven our car until the wheels wanted to fall off. Our son had met Chandler Center at a local car show. Our son ask him to keep his eyes open for us for a H car until the wheels wanted to fall off. Our son had met Chandler Center at a local car show. Our son ask him to keep his eyes open for us for a Honda or Acura which may come back as a trade in from another customer. Several weeks later we received a call late on Friday night that an Acura had just come in which met our specifications. My daughter and I drove down and took a quick look as the dealer was closing shortly; and requested that Chandler hold the car for us. The next day; my wife and I returned to what we thought would be a tough process to finish the sale. The whole process worked so seamlessly and easy as a very well oiled machine. It was hard to believe we were purchasing a vehicle without all the hassles. So less then a day later we had the car home and parked in the garage. Thank you Chandler for keeping us in mind and making this whole process so smooth and easy for our family. We will be returning to see Chandler when we are in need of another car and strongly recommend that others do as well. More

It's been over ten years since I bought a car. I was wow-ed with all the technology. I love that there was an orientation to go over what the car could do for me. Shandi was wonderful in walking me through syncing with the car and what everything did. She was thorough and even brought up things that she knew I would really love about the car. I had a Ford once, a long time ago. It is really nice to come back to the Ford family. I know that this is more than just buying a car.
