I'm usually not one to leave reviews, but my experience with Christopher Trevino was so bad, I felt the need to share. If it were possible to rate 0/5 stars, I would. Christopher Trevino is by far the most unprofessional salesman I have ever interacted with. My wife and I were looking at a vehicle that we originally saw online. We went to the dealership because of a "deal" they had going on, when it was time to look at the numbers we were shown a finance number over 15 thousand what was initially discussed and what was posted online. When we asked why the price changed so drastically, Christopher proceeded to raise his voice at us in a condescending manner, everyone inside the lobby was looking at us because of his yelling. He basically kicked us out and said "We don't need your business". Christopher by far the most unprofessional "manager" we have ever encountered. More

I recently purchased a new 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe, and buying experience was fantastic. Even on a busy Saturday, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Adriana Villarreal was my salesperson a 4xe, and buying experience was fantastic. Even on a busy Saturday, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Adriana Villarreal was my salesperson and it was awesome to work with someone with the same enthusiasm about Jeeps that I have. She is clearly very knowledgeable and took care to understand exactly what I was looking to do. I am new to the area havi g moved from Ohio last year, so find a trusted car dealer can be a real challenge. I highly recommend San Antonio CDJR. I am 48 and have purchased at least a dozen vehicles in my life and this is hands down one of my best purchasing experiences. They will treat you right. More
