They delete the bad reviews. ..MH, Had a real unpleasant experience at your dealer, started out fine then Calvin Jones got involved. He took the opportunity to listen to our ..MH, Had a real unpleasant experience at your dealer, started out fine then Calvin Jones got involved. He took the opportunity to listen to our story, needed a truck for a move back to our home we found while serving in the military, and was going to order one. He talked us out of it. Then proceeded to tell us he'd get another truck we looked at and have a 5th wheel hitch installed on it and quote us in the morning. He sent the quote over...I almost choked. Didn't tell him I was a millionaire so not quite sure he tweaked just about every number he could on the quote. I politely told him No Thanks. Then began the journey to discovery...I browsed the other dealers and one by one I surmised they are not all created equal. SO I gave the website online shopping a try...AND LOW AND BEHOLD...15k mark up??? Who are you guys fooling??I will shout this from the rooftops. MySA...KSAT..Maybe they could help me figure out why your GM thought it would be good to get a 15k commission for clicking a mouse and typing some #s and from a 20 year military VET. I'm all about a fair deal, but when it goes this far out of line; plain disrespectful. --Anders. More
