Crooks who will not even call you back when cause they know they are wrong. Bo and Trevino were amazing, Mo Hernandez is crooked as they come. Okay where do I start. You guys try to charge me $1,600 for a restoration fee claiming that you check the car inside and out when two or three days later I discover that there is no spare in the back of my for a restoration fee claiming that you check the car inside and out when two or three days later I discover that there is no spare in the back of my car. I am so happy I refused to pay that fee. It's obvious you guys didn't do anything to check the vehicle and if it wasn't for the Carfax I wouldn't have even bought the car because the previous owner took xxxx good care of the car. I have told several people about this fee that you guys tried to charge and not one person ever heard of it. So if you're going to try to rip someone off at least make something believable. I'm low-key still upset at the fact that you guys attempted to do this when it was painfully obvious you didn't check the car like you claim you did and tried to charge me this ridiculous amount of money. I have to say I am very reluctant to ever buy a vehicle here again More

Horrible service department. No one cares about your brand new vehicles issues. My jeep has been in service for 4 months and they wanted me to do a survey so I did. I got a text message saying that be brand new vehicles issues. My jeep has been in service for 4 months and they wanted me to do a survey so I did. I got a text message saying that because I dropped the dealerships score 260 points that the rental car I have needs to be turned in and I need to contact someone else to get a rental.
