Normally always have great experiences with them but this time a routine oil change took 2 1/2! I asked when I arrived if making an appointment would be easier/faster and was told that it doesn't make any d time a routine oil change took 2 1/2! So you even keep customers w/appointments that long ? 😡. 45 minutes after the garage guys sent me a video saying my Jeep was done I had to finally ask only to be told "well we are busy.'. And that's even before I knew that my entire dash screen had been wipes out somehow. More

The salesman was extremely great. His attitude made me feel at ease with the entire process. However, knowing that I was buying a used vehicle I knew there would be obstacles. I was not given a second feel at ease with the entire process. However, knowing that I was buying a used vehicle I knew there would be obstacles. I was not given a second set of keys, keys for doors or tailgate, key for trailer hitch lock, or lug key for special type of tire lugs. I contacted the previous owner and he stated that all the keys were left with dealer after the trade in. Other than that, I am totally satisfied with my purchase. More
