Very responsive and always kept us up to date! We went in already approved with our bank, they tried to get us to re apply there, but they understood when we said “no, it’s okay”. The financial paperwork stuff took a long time, but it’s always like that. Side panel on the truck we chose was broken and they agreed to fix it for us at not additional cost. Katerina was amazing!! There was no point in making an appointment if it was going to take 2 hours anyway. I understand people are busy, but appointments should take priority.
