I had my car towed Monday evening and made an appointment for Tuesday morning. I called the service department to ensure they had a dropbox. I called the next day, Tuesday, to check on my car and no one answ for Tuesday morning. I called the service department to ensure they had a dropbox. I called the next day, Tuesday, to check on my car and no one answered nor did I receive a call back. I finally get a call back on Wednesday only to be told they had not received my car and they would have to check the lot!!! Clearly no one checks the dropbox on a daily basis, because that is exactly where I was told my keys were found. Here it is Thursday and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone about the status of my car!!! The only thing that I was told on Wednesday was that the diagnostic check will be ~$200+.... And here I am, still waiting!!!! This experience is ridiculous!!!! More
