Charged me for work not performed and returned my truck with the exhaust heat shield parts missing. Returned truck with vacuum hose disconnected and denied responsibility. When I came to the dealership the truck has mud on the outside, inside on the drivers side the mechanics did not put any thing on the floor mats. Mud was on the side steps, door sill and all over the floo outside, inside on the drivers side the mechanics did not put any thing on the floor mats.
