No satisfied I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I know. The sales team did okay. But I feel I could have been better helped in that area. When we get to finance the finance manager was not willing to try or do whatever it took to make the deal go through. He was stuck on only using one creditor and not trying different people. I am not happy with the service that I received their and I will never be returning to that dealership again More
Beware they practice Spot Delivery Scam I fell victim to their spot delivery scam. I had no idea I was not financed when leaving after signing a contract and leaving the down payment. The contract listed the selling price,APR, term and down payment. But after doing research on this scam I saw that the dealer did not sign. So this is how they get away with spot delivery. That line is left blank hoping you don’t catch it. They contacted me 9 days after driving off with the new car to inform me of the “ great news” I was accepted at a bank for a loan but under different terms than I had signed for. That there was a mistake and sometimes it happens. So either re-negotiate the deal at a much higher payment than I can afford or return the vehicle and get my trade back. The finance person I spoke with also threatened me saying if I didn’t return the car immediately he can make my life very difficult. When I spoke with the Manager Brian, he was trying to offer me a deal so they would not have to unwind the deal. I did not want to do any further business with them, I told him I was aware of what this scam was and he screamed at me saying we were just trying to get you into a car!!! Then hung up on me. More

After Buying experience My wife and I went to San Tan Ford to test drive a Ford Escape. We were welcomed and had a great buying experience last Saturday. We came by to finish My wife and I went to San Tan Ford to test drive a Ford Escape. We were welcomed and had a great buying experience last Saturday. We came by to finish signing the paperwork and to pick up our 2016 certified pre-owned Ford. We signed all the paperwork and given the keys. Our sales associate said it would be a few moments as they were detailing the car. We received the car and that was it. The windows were not cleaned and the “detail” job looked as if it was put threw a $3.00 car wash. We did not receive any information on how to use all the features and had to ask if floor mats were included. I called my sales associate and was told to bring it by and they would take care of me. I went in today, they “detailed” it again and met with another service advisor. I explained to the gentleman that I felt like I was pushed out the door after signing the paperwork. I didn’t get a handshake, no thank you, no “let me show you your new car”. The advisor said because it’s a pre-owned car, they don’t do that but he had time to show me now. The gentleman was very helpful and answered all my questions. I didn’t bring up the cleanliness of the inside and water marks on the outside as he was just helping. Long story short, I purchased a $17,000 car, would expect a little more customer service. I had a great car buying experience at Ford but felt once I signed the paperwork, I just was pushed away. While driving on the highway, air is coming in through the front windshield and afraid to even bring up that concern. Will probably just have it replaced by my insurance. More
