Jeff Ochs is a hard working man I first contacted Jeff regarding my leased VW that I was trying to get out from under. After meeting up in person he gave us some options. We visited previously just to look, and were very happy to not get pressured to buy that day. Larry still spent time with us answering questions, knowing we were not going to buy. A lot of salesmen won't do that. He gave us his card and when we went back, over a month later, we asked for him again. He was very helpful in showing us cars that only met our needs and the parameters we set. He never tried to steer us over to something that was more than we were looking to spend and there was never any pressure to purchase. It was all about service and meeting our needs from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming and service was their primary goal, which these days, is a rare and precious find. Not only was the buying experience great, but the follow up has been excellent as well. I love my new Ford and will definitely come back to San Tan in a few years when it's time to trade it in for another. I love my new Ford! More

Great experience I was just intending to stop by and see what options I had for trade in. Jeff Ochs was available to show me around. He asked what I was looking for an I was just intending to stop by and see what options I had for trade in. Jeff Ochs was available to show me around. He asked what I was looking for and within minutes he found a used vehicle that was even more than what I was thinking would be achievable for me. Jeff was so easygoing the whole experience was pretty relaxed and easy. We took a test ride and it was,like car shopping with a friend. Jeff is cheerful and he really had my best interests in mind. He was trying to find the right vehicle for me and careful to ensure it was in my price range. He kept me realistic, but in the end found a vehicle that was exactly what I wanted, and maybe alittle nicer than I expected. Jeff worked with me to get the financing right his main concern was to make sure we kept things at a payment level I was comfortable with. I thought I was "just looking" that day, but things were so easy and smooth I went home with a very nice upgrade to my current vehicle at a price that was right for my budget. This was my second vehicle purchased at san tan ford, and i am so glad Jeff was my sales person. More
