So when we decided to look to possiblily puchase the 2017 Escape SE, the experience went smoothly as well. We were given cost of SUV and trade-in value which I thought was low by $500. We slept on the deal and when back the next day being Sunday. Sale Manager decided to increase trade-in value by another $500 which I though was the right thing to do. We decided and purchased the new SUV. Happy with the 2017 Escape SE. More

His sales manger and Jack walked the problem to the service department for a quick solution and provided me with a rental car. A short time later the problem was fixed and I returned to meet Jack and pick up my vehicle. Good Job All Around. More
